Return & Exchange Policy
At Chill Krunch, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our freeze-dried food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and quality of our products for all customers.
If you experience an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item), please contact us within 48 hours of purchase, and we’ll be happy to assist.
