Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Chill Krunch. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 7 days of receiving them, as long as they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items such as perishable goods, personalized products, sale items, and digital downloads cannot be returned unless they are defective.

To start a return, please email us at sales@chillkrunch.com with your order number and reason for return. We will give you instructions for sending the product back. If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged), we will cover the shipping costs. If it’s for another reason, you will need to pay for return shipping.

Once we receive and check your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. We also offer exchanges for damaged or defective items. If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
